Transformation Therapy is a process that provides a safe space for you to explore how you’re feeling and how you might like to channel those feelings for growth.

THE DETAIL

Transformation Therapy sessions are 50-minutes each and you can book an individual session or a four-session package to receive a 10% discount.

All sessions are conducted via Zoom and booked in at the time of purchase.

  • A coach and mentor to thousands of women around the globe.
  • A student of Psychology almost finished Honours.
  • A trauma therapist trained in Compassionate Inquiry by Dr Gabor Mate.
  • A Masters of Business (Marketing) Graduate
  • A published Adaptability Researcher with my pioneering work in adapting with intention, which is now available for review in the American Consulting Journal of Psychology.
  • A published author of Hacking Happiness the book, a roadmap to unpack the path to flourishing on your terms.
  • An International speaker who has supported organisations including Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Bookings.com, Salesforce and Lululemon. My passion topics include; why busy equals BS, why flourishing is not a luxury, it’s a necessity, why the intentionally adaptable will shape the future and why fear is the greatest opportunity you have for growth.
