Each day, via our exclusive WhatsApp Group, you’ll receive a micro challenge wrapped in inspiration and self-compassion. Each challenge is designed to help you define presence on your terms and inject more of it sustainably into each day. These micro-challenges are not about adding more to an already full day but changing the mindset and way you approach your day for more presence.

To Penny’s unique, relatable and evidence-based flourishing expertise. Drop your presence questions in the WhatsApp Group as you progress on The Present Woman Challenge and have Penny respond via voice or video within 24 hours.
Accountability.
Science tells us that when we commit to showing up we are more likely to act on our intentions. If you’d like a little accountability to support you in progressing towards the presence you long for, you can use our safe and supportive WhatsApp Group to share daily that you’ve completed your micro challenge.

I really enjoyed the challenge. It was very powerful to stop and reflect on my life and what I wanted, and how I could get there. I'M PENNY
A transformation coach, international speaker, budding psychologist and trauma therapist, published author, psychology researcher and yoga teacher on a mission to teach 10 million women how to flourish on their terms by 2025.
I created The Present Woman Challenge off the back of 200 depth interviews with busy, exhausted professional women. I was deeply concerned with the level of unconscious burnout and the longing they shared to just feel present in the moments that mattered. I felt called to create an accessible and affordable challenge that helped these women create the space to practice presence in a way that felt doable.
I know what it feels like to never feel like you’re in a moment. I spent 20 years an executive in corporate with a mind that lived in the future constantly making To-Do Lists. Then one day I looked in the mirror and I no longer recognised the woman looking back at me. I’d lost my essence my connection to what gave me meaning.
So, I leaned into my fear of uncertainty and turned my whole life upside down in pursuit of happiness. Within a seven-month period, I left a 16-year career as an executive, relocated my family from Perth back to Melbourne, left an 18-year relationship and started my own purpose-driven company.
Whilst the path forward was unclear and I didn’t feel ready, stepping into the discomfort delivered opportunities I never imagined possible. Book & TV deals, Ted Talks, International speaking gigs, writing for the Harvard Business Review, were by-products of learning to trust my intuition and practicing presence. Most importantly, I created the freedom to flourish and live each day in alignment with what makes me feel alive.
I now spend my days helping busy women to live in the present and take action to flourish on their terms.

What if I fall behind?
This is a safe and supportive space for you to progress at a pace that feels right for you. If you fall behind just pick up where you left off and tap into the tribe to inspire and support, you. We are not here for perfection we are here for progress! Presence is a practice; you will have good and bad days and that’s ok. What matters is showing up!
How will I be supported during the 14 days?
You’ll have direct access to Penny’s unique, relatable and evidence-based expertise. Drop your presence questions in the WhatsApp Group as you progress on The Present Woman Challenge and have Penny respond via voice or video within 24 hours.
How much time do I need to give to The Present Woman Challenge?
Each day, via our exclusive WhatsApp Group 🤳🏼 you’ll receive a micro challenge wrapped in inspiration and self-compassion. Each Challenge is designed to empower you to define presence on your terms and inject more of it sustainably into each day. These micro-challenges are not about adding more to an already full day but changing the mindset and way you approach your day for more presence. That said, to reap the benefits you’ll need to give between 15 - 30 minutes per day to set the foundations.
Does it matter where I’m located?
Nope. A new micro challenge drops each day for you to act upon when it suits you.
