I’ve been working with women in business for over 20 years and I know that women flourish when they feel safe and supported. They flourish in their businesses, in their lives and in their ability to make an impact.

When we journey as a collective of purpose-led women in business we realise we are not alone in how we feel, nor in the challenges we face which gives us permission to courageously navigate uncertainty and grow together.
I’ve conducted over 350 in depth interviews with purpose-led women to understand what holds them back from flourishing in their businesses and in their lives.

Immersive evidence-backed, hands-on classes customised based on the specific needs of The Freedom School cohort. We don’t do cookie-cutter approaches we listen to where you are at and wrap the programming around the needs of the collective. What we know about purpose-led women in business.
We second-guess ourselves.
I’ve worked with amazingly talented, smart purpose-driven women but so often they are energetically distracted by what they feel they should be doing rather than connected to why they started their business in the first place. This leaves them second-guessing their every decision and operating in reactionary mode impacting their ability to think, act and sustain for the long term.
We’re hamstrung by the Dream Gap.
The evidence shows that the Dream Gap starts at around age 5 and it has many girls developing limiting beliefs about their ability to believe they can do or be anything. I see the dream gap every day in my work with purpose-led women who arrive on my doorstep for coaching.
They share with me how their heart calls them to leave the world a better place. It calls them to create more freedom in their lives so that they can be the mothers, the carers, the present and joyful women they long to be. Yet so many of them struggle with clarity on what this could look like and what could be possible for them.
Running a business can feel isolating and overwhelming.
Many purpose-led business owners were once employed and part of a team. So many of them share with me that one of the hardest parts of running their own business is not having anyone to bounce ideas off or to just chat to when things don’t work out. This inability to collectively grow ideas and process the shit stuff can compound feelings of overwhelm, elevate procrastination and diminish confidence. You don’t need to employ a team to creatively grow your ideas for impact or to clear the stuck stuff.
When purpose-led women feel safe and supported they become confident and clear on where they’re heading and the path to get there.
When we have a safe and supportive tribe of purpose-led women cheering us on we realise we are capable of so much more than we ever dreamed and we take courageous action.

I’m Penny,
This is my story.
This is who I am.
The question is am I for you?
9 years ago, I turned my life upside down in pursuit of happiness.
Within 7 months I left a 16-year career in a global giant at the top of my game, an 18-year relationship, relocated my family from Perth back to Melbourne and started my own purpose-driven company Hacking Happy Co.
I’ve now spent over 9 years as a Lifestylepreneur. I built a business around creating the FREEDOM to live life on my terms (…not society’s expectations) whilst creating a ripple effect of meaningful difference in the world through my work.
I’ve raised a son and a business as a single mother, studied Business (MBA) Psychology, Trauma Therapy with the acclaimed Dr Gabor Mate and Yoga.
I’ve become an international speaker and facilitator working for some of the biggest corporates whilst being a coach and mentor to 1000s of women around the globe.
I’ve secured a book publishing deal, delivered a Ted Talk, been published in the Harvard Business Review and the American Journal of Psychology Consulting.
I’ve also been rejected 100 times over, made massive mistakes, have not delivered $40k months in 5 minutes and almost quit during COVID after 2 years in the most locked-down city in the world.

Frequently Asked Questions
When does Freedom School start?
We kick off in July, 2024.
How many people are in Freedom School?
Freedom School is capped at a class of 20 to ensure deeper levels of connection and a more intimate experience.
When will the weekly LIVE calls be held?
That will be determined by the participants. Upon signing up for Freedom School you will be asked to nominate your preferred day and time from a short list. We then go with what works for the majority.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, change takes time, it takes showing up for yourself and being consistent in your actions to that end the minimum commitment is 6 months.
How much time do I need to invest each week?
An hour to show up live and then at least another hour. Together we will create the space to experiment with new perspectives and behaviours that unlock energy, clarity, courage and real progress around your dreams. This is not about adding more to an already full to do list its about gaining clarity on what the most impactful things are to do and the confidence to say NO to everything else.
What if I miss a LIVE session?
No stress everything is recorded an available for you.
Will there be hands-on coaching during these sessions?
Yes, there will be opportunities for coaching hot seats. These are a safe space within the group to share a challenge or an idea and receive coaching from Penny and feedback from your tribe.
Can I get access to 1:1 coaching with Penny whilst I’m in Freedom School?
Yes, if you’d like to have more support during your journey you can upgrade your monthly subscription to $1,500 per month which will include a 50 minute 1:1 with Penny each month.
