Sometimes even setting a goal, or knowing what you want from a coach is too exhausting, so I came to the Calm Collective with trust, open to trying something different, without even knowing what this might look like. 

 

Right from the start how I approached my day felt different, I felt like a different person. I had more control over how my day would unfold, I saw how I could influence good things to happen, lifting me into a more positive space. 

 

This led me to feel more confident in making decisions that were right for me, doing things my way, with the tools to continue this long after the Calm Collective had finished.

 

I’m not a structured person, but the simplicity of the concepts gave me the structure to actually implement them into my day, and the prompts to take action were hugely helpful.

One of the most powerful things I realised, once I had joined the Calm Collective, was it wasn't just me, I wasn't alone. Life is hard and realising we’re all going through it and then talking about it and processing, is what really makes the difference. 


The Calm Collective helped me feel like I had the energy to get through the day and what it held. I loved the Hell Yes list,

knowing that I have the choice to say No to the things I don't want to do. 

 

I also really enjoyed the Oracle Cards. It wasn't something I would have ever looked at, I would have rolled my eyes walking past them in a shop. But they provided a basis for me to think about my feelings differently and how I could process them. 

 

Penny's lived experience really made the difference for me. It’s experience you can relate to, it makes you realise change is possible, even if it's on a small scale to start with.

Bi-Weekly LIVE Group Masterclasses. An international speaker, transformation coach, budding psychologist, published author, yogi and imperfect experimenter, on a mission to teach 10 million humans, just like you, how to flourish by 2025.

 

I created the Calm Collective off the back of 100+ depth interviews with high-performing professional women. I was deeply saddened by how many felt like they were existing rather than living, and like their spark was gone. I felt called to create a safe space that enabled intentional and meaningful change without the overwhelm. You see, I’ve been there and I’ve come out the other side into a life I can only describe as magical.

 

After 20 years in corporate change, I found myself burnt out and stuck in the demands of the now. I knew the life I was living was not in alignment with the things that truly mattered to me. My happiness had been side-lined by my busyness. 

 

Yet change felt huge and overwhelming, so I made excuses to stay in the safety of the familiar. 

 

Until one day I realised that by ignoring my unhappiness, I didn’t like who I’d become, let alone recognise her. 

 

So, I leaned into my fear of uncertainty and turned my whole life upside down in pursuit of happiness. Within a seven-month period, I left a 16-year career as an executive, relocated my family from Perth back to Melbourne, left an 18-year relationship and started my own purpose-driven company. 

Whilst the path forward was unclear and I didn’t feel ready, stepping into fear delivered opportunities I never imagined possible. Book & TV deals, Ted Talks, writing for the Harvard Business Review, were by-products of learning to trust uncertainty. Most importantly, I created the freedom to flourish and live each day in alignment with what makes me feel energised.

I now spend my days challenging busy women to look at the world through a different lens, helping them live in the present and take action to flourish on their own terms.

Here are a couple of responses to the questions I get asked about the Calm Collective.

Is now the right time for me to do this?

I’m guessing you’re here because you’re already juggling too many balls and feel like you're dropping them daily. But you're also saying to yourself I don’t have the space or the energy for another to do in my day. 

I want you to ask yourself, if I don’t act now what will be the true cost in 12 months’ time mentally, physically, in terms of my relationships? If the answer scares you now is the right time for you. 

How much time will I need to invest each week as part of this transformational journey?

The Calm Collective is not about adding more to an already full To Do List. Together we will create the space to experiment with new perspectives and behaviours that unlock energy, clarity, courage and real progress around your dreams. Approximately, two hours a week should be enough gain some serious traction (this includes the group sessions and turning your insights into impactful action).

Can you guarantee my success in this program?

I will provide you with the inspiration, the tools, the experiments and the encouragement you need to make the shift you long for but your success comes down to your commitment to the journey and willingness to experiment.

I don’t do quick fixes as they don’t exist when it comes to shifting our mindset and behaviour towards injecting more of what gives us meaning in each day. I can tell you though if you show up and invest in your expansion you will be blown away by the results in terms of how you feel and how you live your life.

Will you be hands-on as a coach during this session?

Absolutely, its why all sessions are delivered live! I want you to feel fully supported in your journey. You can ask your questions in the group sessions or via the WhatsApp group in between sessions.

What if I’d like more one-on-one coaching during this experience?

The VIP Experience option is designed to give you a more customised level of support through one-on-one coaching. If you decide you need additional coaching on top of this experience we can discuss your needs and provide this at an additional cost.

What if I can’t attend some of the live sessions?

Not to worry all sessions are recorded and available for replay on The Calm Collective portal. We also survey the cohort prior to kick-off to find a time that best aligns with the varied time zones of participants.
